Pavilion Rental
The
pavilion will be available for large parties, please check with the
office.
REMEMBER, AS A SEASONAL, YOU MUST
ABIDE BY THE REGULAR CAMPGROUND RULES.
Occupancy
This site is
rented to you and your immediate family only. The base rate is for two
adults. A non-transferable season pass must be purchased for any
additional adult or children (over 3 yrs ) in family. No children
under 18 years may be left unattended in the campground at any time.
Parking
Each site is
allowed two cars only. No parking vehicles on neighbor site, with
our without their permission. No parking near beach access, or the west
side of Pavilion (Patio).
Visitors
All visitors must stop at the
office to register and pay a visitor fee. No more than 8 people per site
unless management has been notified and agreed to more visitors on your
site. Every vehicle must be registered at the office. This is a State Law.
Visitor parking is located in front of office by the road. THERE IS NO
VISITOR PARKING IN THE CAMPING AREA.
Alternate Use
For your
protection, the use of your site by other persons in the absence of the
registered family is not allowed without prior arrangements with the
office. A daily transient fee will be charged.
Prohibited Activities/Equipment
No homemade enclosures that are permanently attached affixed in any way will not be allowed. All large refrigerators (over 7 cubic feet) must be enclosed inside a shed. No homemade awnings will be allowed.
Nothing suspended from trees, i.e.: cloths lines, decorative lights. All decks or sheds must be approved.
Appearance
All sites are to be kept as neat
as possible. Items that are not being used during camping season, can not
be stored on site. i.e.: tires, old broken screen houses, etc. It is the
campers responsibility to rake leaves and mow lawns etc. Rakes and shovels
will be available for purchase in the store. Fire wood must be stacked
nearly, 4 x 4 x 8 maximum pile. Only green or brown tarps allowed to
cover wood between May and Oct. All decks, platforms, etc. will be
checked over in April to evaluate the safely of structures. The maximum size of sheds is 8 x 8 x 8.
Winter Camping
(Weekends Only) Bathhouse / Laundry will be open and heated. Scheduled Winter Activities available.
Pets
A copy of the rabies
certificate is required on all pets. It must be attached to the contract
and will be kept on record. CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS.
Equipment Limits
One
outside refrigerator will be allowed. Under 7 cubic feet allowed on deck,
over 7 cubic feet must be in locked shed. . Any ropes / straps used to tie
down wood, awnings, etc. must not exceed 45 degrees to ground
NO CHAIN SAWS, CIRCULAR SAWS OR PRESSURE WASHING TRAILERS ON WEEKENDS
OR DURING JULY AND AUGUST. DO NOT BURN WHOLE PALLETS AT ONE TIME. NO
BURNING OF BUILDING MATERIALS. i.e.: PLYWOOD, PAINTED WOOD, SHINGLES, ETC.
THEY ARE TOXIC! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
