2011 Rates

Base Fee

Includes:  2 Adults & Children under 5

• Water (Tent)................$ 28/day...............$ 175/wk

• Water/Electric..............$ 30/day...............$ 190/wk 

• Monthly......................................$600 Plus Electric

Camping Fee-Holiday Weekends (Min. 3 Night Stay)

Includes:  2 Adults & Children under 5

• Water (Tent)................$ 95.00

• Water/Electric..............$ 105.00

Chack in and check out is at 2:00PM but early and late check in/out are available.

Additional Family Members

• Children (under 18)...... $ 4.00/night

• Adults.......................... $ 8.00/night

Day Guests - (Guest check out by 10:30pm)

Seasonal Rates

Includes two adults  - ask for details:

May 1, 2011 - Oct. 15, 2011.........$2,200.00

Additional Fees

• Air Conditioning............................$ 2.00/day
• Trash Removal (required).............$ 1 per bag
  (special trash bags must be purchased in store) 

Late Check Outs

If site is available, 8:00 PM check out, $15.00 fee. Check in office by 9:00AM on departure day.

Early Check In

If site is available, 8:00AM to 2:00PM check in, $15.00 fee.

Deposits/Payments

Deposits

A one day fee as deposit must accompany each weekends reservation. Deposit must be sent at time reservation is made. No site placement until deposit is received. FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS .

Deposit Checks

All checks should be made payable to Village Green Family Campground. Master, Visa or Discover cards are accepted. Unless we are notified, your deposit will hold your reservation until 6PM on expected arrival day. Please include exact reservation dates with your deposit check.

Full Payment

A full payment is due upon arrival. Only cash, travelers checks, Master, Visa or Discover cards accepted.

Refunds

A cancellation of two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival must be given. There is a $10.00 service charge on all cancellations.

Dinner/Breakfast/Ice Cream Socials

Available upon request.

Day Use for Outings

Village Green is a great place for family, church or company picnics. Ask Meg for details.

Miscellaneous

Occupancy

Each campsite is limited to one trailer and two vehicles, with a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children.

Specific Site Requests

Requests for specific campsites will be taken into consideration, but there are no guarantees.

We will be at the Springfield RV Camping and Outdoor show on Friday, Feb 18, 2011 4-9pm, Sat Feb 19, 2011 10am-9pm, Sun Feb 20, 2010 10am-6pm and Mon Feb 21, 2010 10am-4pm
